4. STUPID? YES. HATEFUL? NEVER.
Canada's Stupidest T-Shirt is about ridiculous ideas, terrible puns, questionable taste and gloriously stupid humour. It is not a hate-speech contest. ZERO HATE. Entries must not contain or promote racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, misogyny, religious hatred or intolerance, ableism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, hate speech, hateful symbols, slurs, threats, harassment, intimidation, advocacy of violence, or content intended to demean or dehumanize a person or group because of who they are. You can be offensive to good taste. You cannot be hateful toward people. LoudMouth reserves the right to reject, remove or disqualify any submission that, in its reasonable determination, violates these standards.
5. WHAT YOU CAN SUBMIT
Entrants may submit an original T-shirt design, illustration, graphic, slogan, saying, joke, written concept, or a combination of text and artwork, subject to the submission requirements displayed on the Contest page. LoudMouth may request higher-resolution artwork, vector files or other production-ready material from finalists or winners. A submission must be suitable for lawful production and sale in Canada.
6. ORIGINAL WORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your submission must be your own original work or consist entirely of material that you have the legal right to use. Entries must not unlawfully use another person's or company's copyrighted artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, characters, illustrations, song lyrics, celebrity likenesses, designs found online, or other protected intellectual property or personality/publicity rights. By entering, you represent that you possess the rights necessary to submit the entry and permit LoudMouth to use it as described in these Rules. 7. AI-ASSISTED ENTRIES
AI-assisted artwork may be submitted provided the entrant has the legal right to submit and commercially use the resulting work and discloses AI assistance when requested. LoudMouth may request reasonable information about how an entry was created.
8. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. During the Contest Period, entrants must complete the official Contest submission process and provide the information requested by LoudMouth. Submitting an entry does not guarantee publication in the public Contest gallery or advancement to the finalist stage. LoudMouth may review entries for eligibility before publication or judging.
9. ENTRY REVIEW & FINALISTS
LoudMouth may reject or remove an entry that violates these Rules, contains prohibited content, appears to infringe third-party rights, contains false information, cannot reasonably be reproduced as a T-shirt, attempts to manipulate the Contest, or otherwise violates applicable law. Acceptance or publication of an entry does not constitute a final determination of eligibility. An entry may later be removed if an eligibility issue is discovered. Following the submission period, LoudMouth will select eligible finalists for the public voting stage based on originality, humour, creativity, suitability for printing and sale, and overall fit with the Contest.
10. WINNER SELECTION
The Grand Prize winner will be determined using the following weighting: 70% — Community Vote, 30% — LoudMouth Judging. LoudMouth's judging component may consider originality, humour, creativity, wearability, printability, Canadian relevance/personality and overall stupidity. The community voting result and LoudMouth judging score will be combined to determine the Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the higher LoudMouth judging score will prevail. If a tie remains, LoudMouth will conduct a final judging of the tied entries based on originality, humour and suitability as a commercially printable T-shirt.
11. COMMUNITY VOTING
Entrants are encouraged to promote their finalist entry and ask friends, family, customers, followers and others to vote. Bots, automated voting, purchased votes, fake or duplicate accounts, scripts, vote farms, or other methods intended to artificially manipulate the voting process are prohibited. LoudMouth may investigate suspicious voting activity, remove votes reasonably determined to be fraudulent or artificially generated, and disqualify an entrant responsible for serious or deliberate vote manipulation. CAMPAIGNING = YES. CHEATING = NO. ZERO BOTS. MAXIMUM STUPIDITY.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Contest, LoudMouth may, subject to applicable law, take reasonable steps necessary to protect the Contest, including modifying, suspending or terminating an affected portion of the Contest.
21. DISQUALIFICATION
LoudMouth may disqualify an entrant who reasonably appears to violate these Rules, submit fraudulent information, infringe third-party rights, manipulate voting, harass other contestants, interfere with the Contest website or voting system, submit prohibited hateful content, or otherwise compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
22. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that LoudMouth Print Co. and its employees, representatives, contractors and agents will not be responsible for losses or damages arising solely from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
23. CHANGES TO THE CONTEST
LoudMouth may make reasonable administrative changes to these Rules where necessary to correct errors, clarify ambiguities, comply with law or protect the fairness and integrity of the Contest. No material change will be made for the purpose of unfairly improving or reducing an entrant's chance of winning. Material changes will be posted on the official Contest website.
24. CHANCES OF WINNING
The chances of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received, the community voting results and the LoudMouth judging score. The Grand Prize is not awarded through a random draw.
